These General Terms and Conditions apply to all transportation, shuttle, and transfer services provided by Inter Shuttle – Local Passenger Transportation, owner Emil Maskin, to private customers, business customers, and corporate clients.
By booking a ride, the customer accepts these GTC as binding.
A transportation contract is concluded when Inter Shuttle accepts the booking.
Bookings may be made by phone, email, through the website, or via other communication channels.
All offers are non-binding unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing.
Inter Shuttle provides, in particular, the following services:
The exact scope of services is determined by the respective booking.
The prices agreed at the time of booking apply.
Payment methods:
Unless otherwise agreed, invoices are payable without deduction within 7 days from the invoice date.
In the event of late payment, Inter Shuttle reserves the right to charge statutory default interest as well as reminder and processing fees.
Free cancellation is possible up to 24 hours before the start of the ride.
In the event of later cancellation or no-show, the full fare will be charged.
Airport pickups
Up to 60 minutes of waiting time after the actual landing are free of charge.
Other pickups
Up to 15 minutes of waiting time are free of charge.
Additional costs may apply thereafter.
Flight details are monitored whenever possible.
The customer is required to notify Inter Shuttle immediately of any changes.
Inter Shuttle accepts no liability for incorrect or missing information.
Included per passenger:
Additional luggage must be registered in advance and may be charged separately or refused, if applicable.
Child seats, baby seats, and booster seats are provided free of charge.
The need for these must be specified at the time of booking.
The following rules apply:
Passengers must behave respectfully and in accordance with safety requirements. The instructions of the driving staff must be followed.
The transportation of animals is only possible by prior arrangement.
Small pets, such as dogs or cats, may be transported in suitable carriers, provided they do not cause any impairment.
The pet owner is responsible for the animal throughout the entire ride.
Inter Shuttle may refuse to transport animals for reasons of safety, hygiene, or space.
The customer is fully liable for any damage or soiling caused by animals.
The customer is liable for all damage or heavy soiling caused by them, such as vomiting, spilled drinks, or intentional damage.
Cleaning, repair, and, if applicable, downtime costs will be charged.
Inter Shuttle may exclude passengers from transportation if:
The payment claim remains in effect.
Inter Shuttle is liable only within the scope of statutory provisions.
No liability is accepted for:
No liability is accepted for items lost in the vehicle.
No liability exists in cases of force majeure.
This includes, in particular:
Personal data is used exclusively for contract processing and is processed in accordance with statutory data protection regulations.
The place of jurisdiction is Frankfurt am Main, insofar as legally permissible.
German law applies.
Should any provision be invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain valid.
The invalid provision shall be replaced by the statutory provision.
